In spite of what you have heard and been persuaded to believe, there is only one positive way of burning fat permanently, not including going through severe mutilating gastric bypass surgical procedure, and that's turning out not to be permanent

Since the way we eat is killing us earlier and earlier, we have to look for a better solution. We are truly blessed in this part of the world to have the abundance of food as we have, but there is something called food abuse. The solution to the weight epidemic is clearly not your average fat burning program, pill, or potion, but something much deeper.

I did not just wake up one day and had all this fat, so what happened?

More calories ingested, than the body has immediate need for, will result in storage of the surplus as fat. This is just the fundamental way we gain weight.

Meat and dairy products dominate almost every food we eat, you might be hard press to get away from it. But it is making us fat. Americans eat over 4 servings of some type of animal foods directly or indirectly.

But it is still worth mentioning here as we don't fully realize how much food we really eat in any one sitting.We in the westernized world eat way too much food! Putting all of these four elements together will result in a permanent solution to your weight problem and you will never have to worry about being fat ever again.
